Preparation: Before installation, make sure the wood plastic floor is dry, flat and clean. Prepare necessary tools, such as electric drill, ordinary woodworking tools, labor protection gloves and stainless steel screws. Electric drill is a must-have tool for installing floor, because wood plastic floor is brittle, it must be drilled with electric drill before screwing in to avoid damaging the floor.
Fix the keel: Arrange the plastic wood keel evenly and lay it flat on the cement floor. It is recommended that the spacing between each keel is 30cm. Drill holes in the keel with an electric drill, then screw the screws into the drilled holes to fix the keel on the cement floor. The nail heads should all be screwed into the keel and should not be exposed to the outside to avoid affecting the flatness of the floor.
Install the floor:
Fix the first floor: Each wood plastic floor has a positive and negative groove on the left and right sides. When laying the first floor, you can use a woodworking tool to saw off or grind off the positive groove on the outside of the first floor, then drill holes on the floor surface with an electric drill, screw in the screws to fix it on the keel.
Fix the subsequent floor: Clamp the positive groove of the subsequent wood plastic floor to the negative groove of the previous floor, then drill holes on the positive groove side surface, screw in screws to fix it on the keel. The screw spacing can be controlled by the construction workers, but a certain density must be maintained to ensure firmness.
